Shipping and Returns Policy


Shipping 


Unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon, all goods will be sent via
Australia Post (registered post) or TNT courier.


Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery within Australia from the date the order is
dispatched.


Delivery is within Australia only and the Postage and Handling fees and charges are
indicated on this online store. You must accept the delivery charge by clicking on the
Delivery button during checkout.
 
Special Consideration for Large and Heavy Weighted products ie. Safes, Sleds, Large Clay
Targets Throwers and Hard Rifle Cases and other extra-large items. These items can be
purchased online, however, given the varied cost of shipping these item(s) we may contact
you to discuss the shipping method and provide an estimate/quote. The customer can pay
for the shipping of these items directly to us once the customer has confirmed his/her
acceptance of the cost.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges


Please choose carefully when buying any product through this online store. Ensure all
products and product details (i.e. colours, the quantity selected, sizes, fits etc) are correct.
Again, it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure the correct product has been
purchased as refunds will only be given in accordance with the following conditions: 

  • Incorrect orders by the customer must be informed prior to return within 7 days of
    receipt via email to [email protected] or phone 03 9367 8367. All items must be returned in original unopened condition.
  • Delivery costs will be incurred by the customer where we are not at admitted fault.
    We recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept
    responsibility for lost items.
  • You should check your goods as soon as they are delivered to you, in order to
    ensure that they are what you ordered. If not, you should contact us via email
    on [email protected] or phone 03 9367 8367 within 7 days of delivery to
    arrange a return/exchange providing the following conditions have been met:

 

Where the order has been received incorrectly through the fault of the store, shipping will be
at no additional cost to the customer. Please contact us on [email protected] or
phone 03 9367 8367 prior to return to arrange the product return and shipping. Please
ensure the product is returned in its original unopened packaging.
